Love their patio. Service is friendly but not always attentive (been several times and sometimes it's great and others so-so). Have TVs and music.

Don't recommend if you want to keep your hearing. Forget about having a conversation over dinner. Might be good for the people just there to drink. Definitely need more than one server working.
Food came out room temperature at best and overly salty. Definitely won't be back and wouldn't recommend. -

In a dried up dust town full of substandard service and snotty self entitled waitstaff, I found my dinning Zen.
Great Steak and appetizers, service with a smile, and prices that leave you with enough cash to get an asian massage, this trip has all the makings to provide a customer with a happy
Update- how to go from 5 stars down to 2---- they lost a star each time for each of the last times I went, hopefully they will do something about this.
Have been back three times now, unfortunatly, it isn't close to the original 5 star now. Prime rib is not prime, and the steaks were poorly.cooked. -

This place is excellent. Great food and staff that appreciates you coming in to their place. The management is also top notch, there to help and support the work of the team for consistent customer service.
Keep up the good work. -

Terrible service. A friend and I arrived on Friday around 6:30pm after hiking the Ridge Trail to Giant Mountain and we were looked forward to enjoying a few beers and burgers at R.F. McDougall's. The restaurant was busy but not terribly crowded. We asked to be seated outside and were shown to a nice table overlooking the Ausuble River. Unfortunately, we were not given a beer or wine list. But this hardly mattered, because at this point our server promptly forgot about us completely. After waiting for over 20 minutes she not only hadn't taken our order, but neglected even to offer us water or beverages. To add insult to injury, a family that arrived several minutes after us were served before us. After failing to gain the waitress's attention, we left and went to Pourman's Taphouse a short drive up the 86 which provided much better service.
